As a local independent charity Age Concern Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are reliant upon being able to generate our own funding in order to continue our vital services to older people across the city and county. Everyday we hear stories of older people living in poverty and isolation. You can help us to help them.

Fundraising Events
Run the London marathon, do a sponsored walk, or even a parachute jump! We are always in need of volunteers to raise funds for Age Concern Nottingham and Nottinghamshire through a variety of exciting sponsored events. Why not organise something yourself locally?

YOU CAN ALSO HELP US BY GIVING UP YOUR TIME
We are looking for Fundraising Volunteers to help with events, activities and talks throughout the city and county.
As one of our fundraising ambassadors you could help with
Assisting groups to plan sponsored fundraising events
Placing and emptying collecting tins around and about the city and county
Supporting National projects such as: Trek China and Bike the Nile
Working with local school and colleges to promote fundraising activities
You will get all travel expenses paid and will be supported with a full induction and training plan.
Previous experience is not needed, just the confidence to be able to speak to all kinds of people!
